Wanting to create an informal yet high-standard eatery, Bar M’s vision has been realised with this American-style diner. The restaurant certainly has an ideal situation, in the hub that is Bar M, which attracts healthy crowds in its own right. Ibiza Rocks Diner helps to build a more dynamic daytime ambience, now almost always busy with people eating and drinking. Not confined to the bar area, the waiters also serve the beach out front of Bar M, so your Ibiza Rocks Diner experience can be enjoyed from the comfort of your sun lounger.

The menu is simple, but don’t let that give you the wrong impression about its quality nor particularly its taste. Most of the food is from the grill (burgers, chicken wings, BBQ ribs etc.) but cooked with marinade, spice and flavour that makes Ibiza Rocks Diner more than your average burger shack. Upon tasting, the quality of the produce is without question and the value for money becomes clearly evident. The rack of ribs was particularly special, although there were a whole host of inventive burgers and fresh salads that also appealed. The great thing is, that with burgers from €5, Ibiza Rocks Diner excludes nobody, and value for money as good as this is hard to find.
