Mediterranean
Standing as one of the oldest buildings in the community, the finca has been expertly restored whilst preserving many of its original features. The restaurant’s dining room in particular is simply majestic, with the ancient Ibizenco architecture being delightfully enhanced by flashes of contemporary brilliance. Oozing style throughout, the owners have succeeded in enticing some of the island’s most fashionable to the restaurant. Whether you chose to dine in the restaurant or soak up the sun in the garden, you are sure to feel nothing but relaxed in this calming oasis.
The food at Bacchus by no means lets the side down either! Head Chef Jos Miguel Gonzalez Beremudez has created a predominantly Mediterranean menu, subject to slight influences from France and the exotic East. Some wonderful fish and meat dishes are on offer, or alternatively for a lighter choice, the kitchen serves up a range of fresh salads each blessed their own unique flavour.
Historically Bacchus was the name of the Roman god of wine and the restaurant fittingly does him justice. A selection of fine French and Spanish wines decorate the cellar, furthermore boosting Bacchus’s stylish image. This truly is a venue that should not be missed. Classy food and great wines can be enjoyed in this enchanting setting, making it a perfect destination for an enjoyable night (or day!) out.
