Bars
So when a bar publicises that it serves the “best Mojitos in Ibiza”, it has a lot to live up to. Certainly, the huge emphasis on their most cherished creation (as suggested by the name Arte del Mojito) is a great selling point. The Cuban drink is as fashionable now as it has ever been, and there is something about this tiny place that encourages you to believe the hype, and their audacious assertion of “best Mojito” which is plastered onto signs on the outside of the building. Full of character and charm, Arte del Mojito makes an ideal visit for those wishing to sample something truly distinctive.
One could be forgiven for thinking no other drink was on offer at Arte del Mojito; bar owner Giacomo Champagnat has even created his own and very special Mojito Shot. In actual fact, forty years of bar experience has meant that there is little Giacomo cannot produce, and I would recommend the Mango Caipiroska, Strawberry Mojito or the deliciously creamy Coconut Punch as excellent alternatives. The one thing that will remain constant is the unrivalled quality, with great care and attention shown particularly to the sourcing of fresh ingredients from around the globe. Many stumble upon Arte del Mojito quite by accident, as it is located down a narrow street which is better known for its shops than its bars, but it is definitely worth seeking out this intimate and friendly location. As for the best Mojito in Ibiza? I will leave you to decide.
